Women's Mental Health

Supporting Women Through the Different Seasons of Life

As women, we often carry so much. We care for others, manage endless responsibilities, navigate changing relationships and juggle the many demands of everyday life. Somewhere along the way, our own needs can get pushed aside.

But your well-being matters, too.

I offer women's mental health therapy in Orangeville, providing a compassionate and supportive space to explore your experiences, make sense of what you're feeling and reconnect with yourself.

I have a particular passion for supporting women navigating the emotional and psychological challenges that can accompany reproductive and hormonal transitions, including fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, postpartum mental health and perimenopause or menopause.

My work is informed by professional training, clinical experience and lived experience, recognizing that every woman's journey is unique.

Areas of support include:

  • Anxiety, stress and overwhelm

  • ADHD in women

  • Perinatal and postpartum mental health

  • Fertility challenges and pregnancy loss

  • Perimenopause and menopause

  • Self-esteem, self-compassion and identity

  • Relationship challenges and life transitions

  • Grief and loss

  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion

Whether you're navigating a significant life transition or simply feeling overwhelmed by everything you're carrying, therapy can offer a space to slow down, feel heard and begin making meaningful changes.

You spend so much time caring for others. You deserve care and support, too.

Motherhood can bring so much joy, but it can also come with feelings of overwhelm, uncertainty and the pressure to get everything right. While caring for our children, it's easy to lose sight of our own needs. You don't have to navigate these challenges alone. Alongside women's mental health therapy, I also offer Parenting Support to help you navigate the ups and downs of raising children while caring for your own emotional well-being.
